Yang-May Ooi, partner and social media specialist

Yang-May Ooi is a communications and social media specialist based in London, helping businesses and professionals maximise social media as part of their communications strategy. She has a background in law and is also a successful novelist. Her arts and writing blog Fusion View has around 10,000 unique visitors a month and has been featured on the BBC. Yang-May is currently co-authoring a book with business communicator Silvia Cambie on New Trends in International Public Relations, to be published by Kogan Page in 2008/ 2009. She is a committee member on the Board of the International Association of Business Communicators, UK and a member of the City Womens Network. Yang-May speaks regularly on social media in the UK and overseas.

Angie Macdonald, partner and web-writer

Angie Macdonald specialises in web-content writing and blog management, and is passionate about simple, effective communication. She is a blogger on the IABC EuroComm blog which launched in October 2007. She has a background in teaching and freelance writing. Angie has also practised as a life coach for several years. She holds a Diploma in High Performance Coaching.

Our associate web and blog designers

We work with associate web/ blog designers who are experienced in designing a range of bespoke websites and blogs. Our associate team are also skilled in the ongoing maintenance and updating of the technical infrastructure in this fast-moving sector as well as dealing with any troubleshooting that you may need.

Our design team have been developing software and applications since before the World Wide Web was invented in 1989! Since adding web page development to our activities we have used various technologies and programming languages including PHP, HTML, ASP, CSS, Javascript, VBScript, DHTML, SQL, MySQL & Flash.

David focuses on creative, accessible Web development and has been creating Web sites since 1997, and, after working on a freelance basis for several years, he founded a small Web design studio in London. He has worked on projects for a wide range of clients, including multi-national companies, eCommerce sites, local businesses and charities. David possesses broad technical skill set and is committed to producing stylish, engaging sites that adhere to web standards.

David is particularly excited by the possibilities offered by social media, and has been writing in his personal blog – listed as one of the Guardian’s Best British Blogs – for over five years.
